How Leadership Styles Affect Employee Engagement
The current dynamic organizational environment has made leadership a key factor in determining the behaviour, motivation and performance of the employees. Employee engagement is one of the greatest consequences of a successful leadership, as it is the level of emotional and psychological commitment of employees to their organization and their objectives. Involved employees have greater productivity, creativity and loyalty, which in the end results to success of an organization.
